Access by Car

▷ Approx. 10 min from Kawagoe interchange or 15 min from Tokorozawa interchange on Kan-Etsu Expressway.

Access by Train or Bus

▷ From the north exit of Kami-Fukuoka station of Tobu-Tojo line, go down right from the ticket gate and go down right at the end of the street. Turn right at the corner of a tobacco shop and go straight until you get to the main street.
Walk across the street and turn left and you will find the "Seibu bus stop: Kami-Fukuoka Sta. iriguchi". Take the bus to Kami-Akasaka, and get off at Sankendenki Kawagoekojo, and walk forward 50 m and you will find our deep blue building on the left.
